Position Title: RWA (Real-World Asset Tokenization)

Job Brief:

The RWA (Real-World Asset Tokenization) role is pivotal in leveraging advanced blockchain technology to enhance our company's operations in the trading, consulting, and refinery sectors. This position is responsible for developing and implementing blockchain solutions, managing tokenization projects, and ensuring the secure and efficient integration of real-world assets into the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development:

   • Design and develop blockchain-based solutions to optimize trading, consulting, and refinery processes.
   • Implement smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) to facilitate secure and transparent transactions.
   • Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies and trends to drive innovation.

2. RWA Tokenization:

   • Identify and evaluate real-world assets for tokenization, ensuring they meet regulatory and compliance standards.
   • Develop and manage tokenization projects, including asset valuation, token issuance, and distribution.
   • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all tokenized assets comply with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Security and Compliance:

   • Ensure the security and integrity of blockchain platforms and tokenized assets.
   • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect against fraud and cyber threats.
   • Monitor and enforce compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

4. Integration and Collaboration:

   • Work closely with trading, consulting, and refinery teams to integrate blockchain solutions into existing processes.
   • Collaborate with external partners, including technology providers, legal advisors, and regulators, to ensure successful project execution.
   • Educate and train internal teams on blockchain technology and tokenization best practices.

5. Project Management & Information Technology :

   • Manage blockchain and tokenization projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
   • Develop project plans, set milestones, and track progress to achieve business objectives.
   • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.
