Job Brief:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Senior Consultant role is critical for the strategic leadership and overall management of our company, which specializes in trading, consulting, and refinery services. This position is responsible for setting the vision and direction of the company, driving growth and profitability, and providing expert consulting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and overall strategic direction.
    • Lead the executive team in setting and achieving long-term goals and objectives.
    • Ensure alignment of all departments with the company’s strategic priorities.
  2. Operational Management:

    • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in trading, consulting, and refinery activities.
    • Manage resources, including financial, human, and technological, to optimize performance.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
  3. Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry partners.
    • Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and contracts that support business growth.
  4. Consulting Services:

    • Provide high-level consulting services to clients in the areas of trading, consulting, and refinery.
    • Develop customized solutions to address client needs and improve their operational efficiency.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer innovative consulting advice.
  5. Financial Oversight:

    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.

  6. Leadership and Mentorship:
