Refining Services at the Refinery

1. Material Concentrate/Ore Research

   • Research Cost per Sample: USD 325,-
   • Service: This research is conducted to verify the presence of gold in the material concentrate or ore.

2. Dore Refining:

   a. Refining Charges: USD 120 per kg

   • TBJ Member Price :
   • Quantity 1-10 kg:
     • Refining Charge: IDR 1,800/grm
     • Minimum Purity: 10%
   • Quantity > 10 kg - 50 kg:
     • Refining Charge: IDR 1,550/gram
     • Minimum Purity: 10%
   • Quantity 50-100 kg:
     • Refining Charge: IDR 1,250/gram
     • Minimum Purity: 10%
   • Quantity 100-200 kg:
     • Refining Charge: IDR 950/gram
     • Minimum Purity: 10%

   b. Delivery Time:

   • Quantity < 10 kg: 3 days
   • Quantity 10 kg - 50 kg: 7 days
   • Quantity 50-100 kg: 10 days
   • Quantity 100-200 kg: 13 days

These services offer flexible options based on the quantity and purity of the material being processed, as well as delivery timelines tailored to the volume of refining.

**Terms and Conditions for Refining Customers at TBJ Indonesia**

1. **Eligibility Requirements:**
   - Customers must provide valid identification and proof of ownership for all materials submitted for refining.
   - Only materials with a minimum purity level of 10% gold content will be accepted for refining.
   - Customers must sign a contract agreeing to the refining charges and timelines before processing begins.

2. **Material Submission:**
   - All materials must be delivered to TBJ Indonesia’s refinery facility securely and in compliance with local regulations.
   - Customers are responsible for the transportation costs and insurance of the materials to the refinery.
   - Upon delivery, TBJ Indonesia will conduct a preliminary assessment to verify the quantity and quality of the material.

3. **Refining Process:**
   - The refining process will begin only after full payment of the refining charges, based on the agreed rate per gram according to the quantity submitted.
   - The customer will receive a detailed report of the refining process, including the final purity and weight of the refined gold.
   - TBJ Indonesia reserves the right to adjust the refining charges if the material’s purity level is lower than declared.

4. **Delivery Time:**
   - The delivery time for the refined gold will vary based on the quantity, as detailed in the refining service agreement:
     - Less than 10 kg: 3 business days
     - 10 kg - 50 kg: 7 business days
     - 50 kg - 100 kg: 10 business days
     - 100 kg - 200 kg: 13 business days
   - Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the customer promptly.

5. **Payment Terms:**
   - Payment for refining services must be made upfront before the refining process begins.
   - Any additional charges due to adjustments in material quality or other factors will be invoiced to the customer and must be settled before the delivery of the refined gold.

6. **Liability:**
   - TBJ Indonesia is not liable for any loss or damage to the materials during transportation to the refinery.
   - TBJ Indonesia guarantees the security and accuracy of the refining process and will compensate the customer in case of any discrepancies, subject to investigation.

7. **Customer Obligations:**
   - Customers must comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements for the submission and processing of gold.
   - Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the material’s origin and quality.

8. **Dispute Resolution:**
   - Any disputes arising from the refining process or related services will be resolved through arbitration as per Indonesian law.
   - Customers agree to abide by the decision of the arbitration panel.

9. **Confidentiality:**
   - TBJ Indonesia ensures the confidentiality of all customer information and refining details.
   - No information will be disclosed to third parties without the customer’s consent, except as required by law.

10. **Termination:**
    - TBJ Indonesia reserves the right to terminate the service agreement in case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, without any liability for damages or losses incurred by the customer.
